THE WHY
Our client created a smart health tracking app and wanted to use social media to increase trust and loyalty with their brand. The app is designed to provide insights to improve users’ habits and lifestyle by tracking relevant health data. It also syncs data from over 120 other apps and gadgets so all of the user’s insights and tracking can be done in one place. The client’s goal was to encourage app downloads and increase subscription sales through social media content.
THE WHAT
The client used Social Media Content x3 to manage three brand accounts.
THE HOW
We created health-related content designed to educate their audience about the app, encourage social engagement, and increase brand loyalty. The content was a balance between thoughtful and educational topics. It highlighted motivational quotes, health tips, science-backed educational blog posts, and useful reviews from existing users to promote trust.
The client’s target audience is people between the ages of 25-54 who have completed high school and/or college. We produced content for the brand’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts since 77% of users on these social platforms have some college education or a college degree and fit within the desired age range. The client received custom graphics, captions, and relevant hashtags for each post. The hashtags selected were designed to target users who are health conscious and interested in increasing productivity and improving habit
Over 14 months of social media, the client saw a notable increase across all three social platforms. The website clicks from the brand’s Instagram page increased by over 27% compared to the previous period. Their audience on Instagram was overall curious about the app and wanted to learn more. They also saw an increase in engagement on LinkedIn. Their post likes grew by 21% and their followers grew by 23% during this period. On Facebook, the client’s post impressions increased by 145%, while comments and reactions grew by 309% and 252% respectively. The client has continued to use the service for years and has since added additional platforms and profiles to keep growing their brand. We’ve supported their online presence through multiple fundraising rounds, as well as worked with multiple marketing directors as their company grows and evolves.
