What is the Pre-Launch Strategy Session?
This is a 60-90 minute session designed to help you get clear on what you want to get out of the launch. The aim of this session is to help you map out the separate tasks that are required as part of your launch project. This will be foundational to instructing your VA team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and implementing the work you need to get you launched.
Will I be working with the same project manager each time?
Yes. The idea is once you’re assigned to a dedicated project manager, s/he will be following your launch project set up and ensuring that you’re working towards the milestones you’ve set up at the start.
What if I need more than 1 marketing funnel built by the virtual support team?
Your launch strategy including all assets and media included in your lead generation and marketing funnel will be confirmed during your Pre-Launch Strategy Session. If you require more than one marketing funnel or additional assets that are unrelated, we can provide an estimate of additional costs or you may purchase additional virtual support packages here
Will I get any follow up to make changes to the marketing funnel after the Launch Accelerator is complete
