What falls outside the pod scope?

How quickly does work start after I join?
We map your method in the first week and execution starts immediately after. Most clients see work in motion within five business days of joining.
What’s the commitment?
This is a month-to-month subscription.
Most clients see the rhythm installed within the first 30 days, however we recommend staying long enough for the system to settle so that you can fully experience the momentum, usually around 90 days.
That said, you’re not locked in.

Important note:
The sprint is about installing the system, not migrating years of data or rebuilding your business from scratch.
Large migrations or rebuilds are intentionally kept out of scope so momentum doesn’t stall.
What if I already have a CRM?
That’s common.
We don’t force a full migration as part of this plan.
In most cases, we either:

If you later decide you want to migrate everything, that’s a separate project, not part of the ongoing plan.
